Silver Tier: 151-300 points

Benefits: Up to 10% discount on future services.

Platinum Tier: 301-500 points

Benefits: Up to 15% discount on future services.

Gold Tier: 501+ points

Benefits: Up to 20% discount on future services.

Additional Features:

Point Expiry: Points expire after 12 months if not redeemed.
Bonus Points: Earn bonus points for referrals or special promotions.
Redemption: Points can be redeemed for discounts on future services or exclusive offers.

Terms and Conditions:

Non-transferable: Points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the subscriber.
Eligibility: Only eligible for points on paid services, excluding government fees.

1. Installment Service

Payment Schedule: The service fees are divided into monthly installments.
Due Date: Payment for each installment is due within one week of the following month.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: If the client cancels the service:
- Service Already Provided: No refund for the portion of the service that has already been provided up to the cancellation date.
- Service Not Provided: Refund applicable for the portion of the service that has not been provided as of the cancellation date.

3. Charges

Exclusions: The service charges exclude government fees and any additional costs incurred directly by government agencies.

4. Payment Methods

Accepted Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method agreed upon by both parties.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges or penalties as per the agreement.

5. Dispute Resolution

Disputes: Any disputes regarding payments or services will be resolved through negotiations and, if necessary, legal proceedings as per applicable laws and regulations.

6. Amendments

Changes: These terms and conditions may be amended with mutual consent and written agreement between Think Aarthik LLP and the client.
